More FOs

As you know, I've finished the Noni Bag and the Norwegian hat. I'm really pleased with both of them!

Here's the bag, with the really cool dragonfly lining. I don't think the picture does it justice - I love, LOVE, LOVE IT!

And now, the hat! (That's me!) The hat has several inches of ribbing, followed by a YO, K2tog row. The ribbing is sewn up in the hat (so warm!), and the YO row creates that really cute edging.

I cast on for calorimetry yesterday. I broke my own rules and bought one skein of Fantasy from Elegant Yarns, without having a project in mind. Thank goodness for Ravelry! Someone else was using the yarn for calorimetry, and I've been admiring the ones Moriah made. And yes, that means I've been neglecting second sock again.

Ohh that hat looks so good on you! And you finished it so quick you make it look easy.

I love the dragonfly lining in your bag. That reminds me I need to get to lining some of the bags I have laying around.

The bag oh my it is so neat, I may have to knit one myself.

Does the dragonfly stand for anything?

Keep up the good work

The dragonfly does NOT stand for anything. It was just the prettiest lining I could find that matched the bag!
